CLIENT AGREEMENT
In consideration for the services provided to us by NRI, we (CLIENT) hereby agree as follows:
- By approving this timesheet, CLIENT agrees that the NRI temporary employee (EMPLOYEE) worked the hours indicated and performed satisfactorily, and that we agree to pay NRI's invoice for these hours according to the previously determined hourly rate.
- NRI has incurred substantial recruiting, screening and administrative expenses in connection with the temporary employees assigned to CLIENT. CLIENT agrees to not hire NRI's EMPLOYEE as an employee of CLIENT or transfer EMPLOYEE to become the employee of another staffing service without prior notification to NRI, and compliance with the terms and conditions below:
- If CLIENT desires to hire EMPLOYEE on a permanent basis, CLIENT agrees to adhere to the terms set forth in the "NRI-Terms & Guarantee" document provided or other signed contract. NRI’s EMPLOYEE must either work the specified number of hours as outlined in the document or contract or CLIENT may immediately hire EMPLOYEE by paying the NRI placement fee also detailed in NRI’s “Terms & Guarantee” document or contract. CLIENT acknowledges receipt of NRI's "Terms & Guarantee" document or contract.
- CLIENT agrees that they will not hire any employee within 6 months of the completion of an assignment without notifying NRI and following the terms and conditions as outlined in "A" above.
- CLIENT shall not modify the duties of EMPLOYEE from those that were originally provided to NRI without NRI's express authorization. CLIENT will not permit EMPLOYEE to operate vehicles, equipment other than standard office equipment, nor to handle cash, credit cards or other valuables without NRI's express authorization. CLIENT agrees to exercise reasonable oversight of the workplace to minimize the opportunity for any occurrence of theft, incurrence of unauthorized expenses or damage in the workplace.

HOW E-TIME WORKS
- Monday morning you will receive an email from NRI's E-Time System. The subject will be Timesheets to approve.
- Once you open the email you will see a link http://www.nri-staffing.com/client_agreement.htm and just underneath it will be a six digit password. Either copy the password to paste into the password window or write down the password to type in when you get to the site.
- Click on the link and it will take you to an online authorization login screen. You will need to type in your email address and the six-digit password here. (You can paste it if you copied it from the email)
- If for some reason you did not get the email or deleted it by mistake just go to www.nri-staffing.com and click on electronic timesheets and then the client button. Just use the send my password link and put in your email address and another email will be sent to you. If you are not sure about this please feel free to call your local NRI office.
- After you have logged in you will see the timesheet(s) to approve. After you approve or reject the time, please click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. You can also add a comment to tell us why the timesheet was rejected or if the candidate is doing well.
- After you have approved or rejected the timesheet(s) and pressed submit. A confirmation page will be displayed. We strongly urge you to print this page for your records.
- If you know ahead of time that you will be out of the office on any given Monday, please notify your local NRI office and we will arrange to email the approval to another individual.

ABOUT E-TIME
E-Time is easy and saves time, frustration and billing errors. Plus, it provides new ways to give us more information about our people. By utilizing the system for timesheet entry and approval of timesheets, customers have an opportunity to quickly and easily communicate any issues to our NRI personnel and receive a confirmation of exactly what hours were approved. Any issues can be resolved immediately. This confirmation page can be printed and sent to the accounting department or can be forwarded via email to the accounting department for safe keeping until the invoice arrives.
When you approve timesheets:
- The approved timesheet information imports directly into our billing system.
- Our database reflects who approved the timesheet, when they approved the timesheet and the confirmation number the customer received upon submitting their approval.
If a person's timesheet is rejected:
- Upon rejection, an email is immediately sent to the branch. (You can expect a prompt call to correct the situation).
- These rejections are not processed into our billing system until corrected and approved by you!!
By handling any questions/concerns on the day you approve or reject the timesheets, there are no residual issues to worry about when the invoice arrives. No more wasted time for you or your accounting department.
In summary, you receive a confirmation of all hours approved along with a trackable confirmation number. This confirmation is in a format that can be easily forwarded to your accounting department. Who and when they approved the timesheet, and the confirmation number given is all part of the official timesheet record in our database.
If you choose to keep a copy of your confirmation page, you can do so in the following manner:
- Print your confirmations and maintain those for your records.
- Email the approval page to your accounting dept.
- Email a copy to yourself to archive.
- Do them all!! Choose the method or methods that are most comfortable for your situation and ENJOY!!
