Benefits as a NRI Temporary Employee
As an employee of NRI, Inc you will be eligible to participate in NRI's benefit programs:
Insurance
Major Medical and Dental
- You are eligible after working one full day for NRI

Holidays
- You are eligible for paid holidays after working 1,000 hours for NRI
- To receive holiday pay you must:
- Work 100 hours in the calendar month preceding the holiday
- Work the day before, the day after OR the day of the holiday
- Eligible holidays are:
- New Years Day - January 1
- Memorial Day - last Monday in May
- Independence Day - July 4
- Labor Day - first Monday in September
- Thanksgiving - 4th Thursday in November
- Christmas Day - December 25
Weekly Pay
- Payroll is processed weekly, depending on the submission of timesheets
- Option of being paid by check or direct deposit
401(k)
- You are eligible after working 1,000 hours in a 12-month period
- Contribute from 2% to 10% of your gross pay
- NRI will match 10% of your contribution
- Amounts contributed reduce your taxable income
Referral Bonus
- Refer your family and friends
- Cash Bonus after your referral works 80 hours for NRI
- Cash Bonus for a client referral, after they have used 300 hours of NRI's temporary help services
