Interviewing and Testing

We will review your resume, then call you for a phone interview. If we determine that our services will be a good match for you, we will bring you in for a face-to-face interview with an NRI recruiter.

Before you come in, please download, print and complete the forms on our Documents page. Bring them along to your interview. Even if you are seeking a permanent placement position, some of those opportunities will involve working as a temporary initially, so it is to your advantage to complete all forms.

If you are not able to download a particular document from our Documents page, you can get a copy at NRI and complete it at your interview.

You may also be asked to complete pre-interview testing. NRI will send you a link to our Kenexa Prove It! testing modules to assess your proficiency in a wide variety of software programs and practical knowledge.

All office support applicants are tested on:

  • Grammar/Spelling
  • Specific software packages
  • Speed typing

We may also test your administrative and computer skills and your abilities in numerous Windows and Mac software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Accounting personnel may be asked to take specialized tests to help us determine your ability to solve real world accounting problems.

Areas tested include:

  • general ledger
  • expense reports
  • invoices
  • balance sheets
  • and other relevant procedures.

Healthcare personnel are tested, where applicable, in their specific area of expertise.

  • All clinical personnel must present current credentials, including immunization records, PPD testing and any CPR certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
  • All original licenses and certifications are viewed, copied and verified with the issuing agency.

Post-Interview

Following the interview and testing, we will perform two reference checks on each applicant, plus any other specialized screening requested by our client.

Once you have completed these steps, we will be happy to discuss your employment options with you!
